The Academy trains digital transformation trainers: AI and automation, CRM systems and documents, data, sales and social media, security, GDPR and the AI Act. The programme grew out of rollouts the KONIK Group carried out in its own company, so you teach what works in a real business.
You work on the systems the KONIK Group uses every day: CRM, document flow, KSeF e-invoicing, content planning, approving AI output.
Procedures, templates and materials from our own rollouts. You don't build a programme from scratch.
We teach on the tools the client uses: office suites, CRMs, AI assistants and models from different vendors, not inside one ecosystem.
Recommended equipment for running sessions (specs below). We advise on the choice; participants buy the equipment themselves.
Participants buy the equipment. KFS and BUR funding cannot cover it: those funds pay for the training, and the materials and access needed during sessions can be included in the price of the service. A company can apply for funding for tools and equipment in other calls, such as regional digitalisation programmes when they are open. We check this in our funding radar. We do not guarantee approval.
The KONIK Group runs its own business on Konik CRM, Konik Cortex and RevOS. What we teach, from document flow and KSeF e-invoicing to working with company knowledge, approving AI content and account security, we first put in place in our own company. In the training you work on the tools your company uses; our systems are an example, not a requirement.

We assess results on four levels (the Kirkpatrick model): participant reaction (survey), growth in knowledge and skills (validation), change in how people work (scenarios put into practice after the training) and the result for the company (measures we agree with you before we start). Every step leaves a document you can show your board or a funding operator.
We start with processes, not tools: what the team does, in which systems, where time is lost and where the risks are (personal data, trade secrets). A short entry test shows the starting level. For companies in Poland we also check, free of charge and within 96 hours, whether the training can be co-financed.
Every module has written outcomes: what participants know, what they can do and how we will check it. For co-financed training in Poland the same description goes into the service sheet in the Development Services Database and the documents for the operator. The company applies and we help; we do not guarantee approval.
We teach on the tools the company uses, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, CRM, spreadsheets and automation, with examples from your industry and test data instead of confidential data. Every module ends with a scenario to put into practice at work.
At the end we check the results with a test, a practical task or a presentation. Participants receive a certificate describing the learning outcomes. The company receives attendance lists, surveys and validation results, which co-financed training in Poland needs for settlement with the operator (together with our partner, IQ Consulting).
