[02]Trainer Academy · 2026 edition · Digital skills

You teach companies to work in a digital system.
Using what we rolled out ourselves.

A programme for trainers, consultants and specialists who want to run digital training and rollouts: AI, CRM systems, company knowledge, automation with approvals, finance and KSeF e-invoicing, security, GDPR and the AI Act. Sales and marketing are only part of it. 63 hours in 9 modules with validation, 4 days in the Tricity plus 15 online blocks, up to 12 people. The catalogue price is €6,876 net and covers the hotel, the experts and the licence.

A small group and plenty of practice

Up to 12 people per edition (we start with 8). You practise on a demo account of the KONIK systems and on the tools clients actually use. The mrtiq panel decides after a qualification test and an interview.

[01] · Why

Companies don't need another AI course. They need someone who can make the change happen.

Since 2 February 2025, the AI Act has required staff who use AI to have adequate AI literacy (Article 4). Add KSeF e-invoicing, security, data protection and a growing pile of tools. Companies are looking for a person who can train the team and help move the work into a system, using the tools the company already has.

The old way
Selling hours.
  • ·A one-off lecture about a single tool
  • ·Exercises built on examples that don't fit the company
  • ·After the training, the team slips back into old habits
  • ·Nobody checks security or legal compliance
The mrtiq trainer way
Training that changes how people work.
  • →You teach on the client's tools and on systems we rolled out ourselves
  • →You bring AI, systems, automation, security and law together
  • →You get a programme, materials, a demo account and supervision of your first sessions
  • →Validation confirms your skills, and the validator is not the trainer who taught you
[02] · Programme boundaries

A programme with clear boundaries.

We spell out what the programme IS and what it is NOT, so you know exactly what you are signing up for. Better to filter now than to disappoint later.

The programme IS
  • The full range of digital skills: AI, systems, data, automation, security and law
  • Hands-on practice on a demo account of Konik CRM, Cortex and RevOS, and on tools from the wider market
  • A programme of 9 modules, each with learning outcomes and its own validation
  • A 12-month licence and supervision of your first two training sessions
  • For companies registered in Poland, the training part may qualify for public funding. We check this before you enrol
The programme is NOT
  • Building AI agents from scratch. Konik Systems does that
  • Programming. We teach configuration and low-code tools, not code
  • An income guarantee. We show rates, not promises
  • A course in one tool or one vendor
  • Funding for equipment. Hardware is not an eligible cost under BUR or KFS
[03] · 7 steps

Seven steps of a rollout. One coherent process.

This is how we lead change in our own company and for KONIK Group clients. At the Academy you go through these steps yourself, so that later you can take a client's team through them.

Digital skills and working with AI

Session 1 · Day 1 + online

Goal: The participant understands how language models and AI assistants work and can choose the right tool for a task at work, whatever the vendor.

  • ·Writes a prompt that produces output meeting the quality criterion within 2 attempts.
Validation: Theory test + practical task

Security, GDPR, the AI Act and KSC

Session 1 · Day 1 + online

Goal: The participant rolls out AI and digital systems so that the company stays secure and compliant, at the level of everyday decisions rather than theory.

+ Learning outcomes and validation
Knowledge: the participant
  • ·Describes AI Act obligations: AI literacy (Article 4) and labelling AI content (Article 50).

Skills: the participant
  • ·Drafts a company AI use policy (what is allowed, what is not, who approves).
  • ·Runs a risk review of one AI-supported process and names the actions to take.
Social competences
  • ·Stops a rollout when the legal basis or safeguards are missing, and explains why.
Assessment criteria

Finance, HR and legal documents in the system

Session 1 · Day 2 + online

Goal: The participant shows a company how to organise invoices, KSeF, contracts and HR in the system, with a clear split between what a person does and what the system does.

Skills: the participant
  • ·Prepares an invoice, a pro forma invoice and a contract from a template in the demo environment.

What you practise on

The systems we work in ourselves.

KONIK Group runs its business on Konik Systems software. At the Academy you get a demo account and practise on test data.

  • Konik CRM

Tasks, email with signatures, meetings with transcription turned into tasks, bookings, documents, reports.

  • Invoices and KSeF

Invoices and pro formas, sending to KSeF and receiving cost invoices, costs and receivables.

  • Konik Cortex (Second Brain)

Questions to company knowledge, AI usage log, cost limits, commands with a preview and "Undo".

  • RevOS

RevOS Strategy, content plan, AI-labelled creatives, landing pages, offers from the price list.

  • Konik Lex

A contract generator built on templates and a regulation monitor. Alerts go to a person.

  • HR

    Employee records, leave, onboarding.

  • Voice commands ♞

One command, a preview, "Approve" and "Undo", also in the iPhone app.

  • Recru

A recruitment funnel where a person makes the decision. AI does not assess candidates.

The Second Brain agent carries out several steps from a single command. At the Academy you learn the rules it works by: the consent card, risk classes, "Approve" and "Undo", and a list of actions the system never takes.

[10] · FAQ

The most common objections.

We name them before you have to. If something is missing, ask during the consultation.

No. We deliberately guarantee no income at all. What you earn depends on your market, your way of working, your clients and your own effort. We show market rate ranges during the consultation, but they are not a promise.
No. The programme teaches you to roll out and configure ready-made systems and tools: Konik CRM, Konik Cortex and RevOS, but also the ones the client uses (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, n8n, Make and popular CRMs). You build automations in low-code tools. We do not teach programming or building agents from scratch. That is an engineering role at Konik Systems.
The catalogue price is €6,876 net (€8,457 including 23% Polish VAT). It covers the hotel during the sessions, the experts, the Trainer Kit, validation and a 12-month licence. The qualification test and a possible validation resit are included. The training part accounts for €2,166 net. Companies registered in Poland can apply for funding for that part, and the amount depends on the programme, the region and the company's size. We check this before you enrol together with our partner, IQ Consulting. We do not guarantee that funding will be granted, and it never covers the licence, the Kit or the stay. The licence can be paid in 3 instalments. Founding edition (November 2026): €4,812 net, hotel included.
mrtiq is a training brand: digital skills and AI training, the Trainer Academy and help with training funding. Konik CRM, Konik Cortex and RevOS are business systems made by Konik Systems. At the Academy you practise on their demo account because these are systems we rolled out ourselves, but you also teach on the client's tools. Both brands are run by Konik System Sp. z o.o. They are separate offers with separate contracts, and the training does not depend on buying any software.
The "mrtiq Trainer" certificate is valid for 6 months, because AI moves fast. Renewal every 6 months costs €228 net: an online update module on new tools and regulations, a short practical check and an updated entry in the public certificate register (mrtiq.pl/rejestr-certyfikatow). The licence runs for 12 months, so you renew the certificate once during it.
Each module has its own criteria and validation method (a test, a task in the demo environment or a presentation, as described in the programme). Final validation takes place on the fourth on-site day before the panel: you demonstrate a rollout of a chosen scenario, present the card for your own course and run a 30-minute part of it. The panel scores you on a sheet covering correct configuration, security and GDPR / AI Act compliance, measurable results and how you lead the group.
One resit within 6 months is included in the Academy price. You get specific pointers on what to improve, not generic feedback. Failing twice blocks the certificate for 12 months.
