Part II: Training and funding (mrtiq)

§ 12Provisions concerning mrtiq

1. On the Website we describe training in working with AI and automation, the mrtiq Trainer Academy and help with co-financing training. The description is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

2. Funding. We do not guarantee that funding will be granted. The company submits the application. The amount of funding depends on the programme, region, company size and operator.

3. We handle the “Check funding” form ourselves. We do not pass form data to our partner, a registered provider in the BUR database (IQ CONSULTING SP. Z O.O., ul. Szczecińska 3, 75-120 Koszalin, NIP 6692559062, KRS 0000864753). If the User decides to use this partner’s service in BUR, this is a separate relationship in which the partner processes data under its own rules.

4. The sale of training, the Trainer Academy and the Trainer Pack is governed by the mrtiq training terms, the mrtiq Trainer Academy rules and the contracts we send before registration.

5. The “mrtiq Trainer” certificate confirms completion of the Service Provider’s programme and is not a qualification awarded under statutory provisions.
