Why do you operate under several brands (Xpunkt, mrtiq, Konik Systems)?

Because we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We are a deliberately designed ecosystem in which each brand is a specialised division. Xpunkt: automated service for small local businesses. mrtiq: AI training and help with training co-financing. Konik Systems: the engineering core that builds RevOS and the AI agents.

Question 2

How exactly is mrtiq different from Konik Systems?

mrtiq trains teams to work with AI and helps check co-financing for training. Konik Systems rolls out a system for running the company (Konik CRM, Konik Cortex). We train the drivers, they build the race car, and these are two separate offers. All the brands are run by Konik System Sp. z o.o.

Question 3

EU grants are a bureaucratic nightmare. Who fills in the forms and handles the settlement?

The company submits the application. We help prepare the course card, the programme and the documents, and we prepare the settlement documents for the operator (attendance list, surveys, validation) together with our partner IQ Consulting, a registered provider in BUR. The amount of co-financing depends on the programme, the region and the size of the company; we do not guarantee approval. These programmes are open to companies registered in Poland.

Who is IQ Consulting and what does it do?

IQ Consulting (IQ CONSULTING SP. Z O.O., Koszalin) is our partner, a registered provider in Poland's Development Services Database (BUR, no. 120895), which publishes the course in BUR. Co-financing is granted by the programme operator or the labour office. The training is delivered by mrtiq trainers. IQ Consulting is a separate company and a commercial partner, with no capital ties or shared owners with Konik System Sp. z o.o.

Question 5

What if we don't qualify for co-financing?

Accepted Answer

Checking your co-financing options is free. If your company can't receive funding (for example because the regional pool has run out, or because the company is not registered in Poland), we will tell you clearly. We can then run the training from your own budget and measure the results on your data.

Question 6

Won't AI training make employees feel threatened?

Accepted Answer

Ignorance is scarier than knowledge. We train so that AI becomes a tool for the team: AI prepares, a person decides. We start with the tasks people like least.

Question 7

How quickly will I see a return on investment (ROI)?

Accepted Answer

You see the first effects in your team's work straight after the training, because every module ends with a scenario for everyday work. We calculate the return on your own data, for example the time it takes to prepare a quote before and after. We don't quote averages without measuring.

Question 8

Who can join the Trainer Academy?

Accepted Answer

Trainers, consultants and managers with at least 2 years of experience who want to teach companies how to work with AI. Up to 12 people per edition (it starts with 8): 63 hours, made up of 4 days in the Tricity and 15 evening online blocks, with practical sessions and feedback. Details on the Academy page.

Question 9

How much does the Trainer Academy cost?

List price: €6,876 net (€8,457 including Polish VAT), covering the hotel during the in-person days, experts, the Trainer Pack, validation and a 12-month licence. This includes €2,166 net for the training itself, which can be co-financed for companies in Poland; the amount depends on the programme, the region and the size of the company, and we check it with our partner IQ Consulting. The licence can be paid in 3 instalments. The qualifying test and a validation resit are included. The certificate is valid for 6 months; renewal every 6 months costs €228 net (an online update module, a short check and an entry in the certificate register at mrtiq.pl/rejestr-certyfikatow).

Question 10

Is equipment (laptop, phone) part of the programme?

Accepted Answer

No. Participants buy their own equipment, and co-financing does not cover it. During the training you work on your own laptop; we'll suggest a setup that works well for running training sessions.
