Digital skills for the whole team.
On the tools you already use.
We teach teams to work with AI, automation, business systems and data, plus sales, marketing and social media in a digital company. 9 areas, exercises on your own tools, validated results and a certificate of completion. For companies in Poland, co-financing can cover part of the cost and we check this with our partner IQ Consulting (a registered BUR training provider). Companies from other countries book the same training without public co-financing.
Find co-financed training in your Polish region.
Pick a region and we'll show you the programme, the operator and the next funding call.
Regions with an open funding call are highlighted. In the other regions we run training on request, because the operator, the programme and the required contribution differ from region to region. Our partner IQ Consulting publishes the service in BUR. Current calls are listed in the radar below.
We check funding calls at the source, not on aggregator sites.
In Poland, dozens of public bodies announce money for training, each on its own website and in its own format. The radar brings these notices into one model: where the call comes from, who can apply, by when and for what. Then it compares them with your company's profile.
Calls for employer applications on the praca.gov.pl page of each district.
Notices from development-service operators in each region: launch, budget allocation, suspension of a call.
News and RSS feeds: KFS priorities, reserve funds, labour-market programmes.
European Funds for the regions, FERS and KPO: call schedules published by the managing institutions and regional governments.
Pages protected against bots are checked by hand or through the official newsletter. We never get around their protection.
- Operator and programme
- who runs the call (district or regional labour office, BUR operator, institution) and under which programme
- Region
- region or district; for KFS, the employer's registered office decides
- Who can apply
- employer, SME, micro-business, employee
- Type of support
- training co-financing, development services in BUR, reimbursement
- Application period
- from–to, “until funds run out” or suspended
- Signal
- opening, change of allocation, suspension, closing
- Region and district of your registered office
- Company size (micro, small, medium)
- Training topic: AI, automation, business systems, data, sales, social media, security
- Number of people and when you want to train them
- Only official websites of public offices and operators, never third-party aggregators.
- If a field is uncertain, it stays empty: we don't guess dates or amounts of support.
- When several sources report the same call, we merge them into one record.
- Every match comes with a reason (“region, topic, type”) and links to the rules of the call.
- The company decides whether to apply; we can't guarantee that funding will be granted.
We check these sources as part of our free 96-hour check. We only collect public notices from institutions and don't store personal data from them. Public co-financing is available to companies in Poland; companies from other countries can book the same training without it.
Master course: AI in sales and marketing
We teach people to write good prompts, build simple automations and set up assistants that prepare work for a human to approve, in sales, marketing and customer service. Every module ends with a plan the team puts into practice in its own work.
Build your skill set.
Nine areas, from AI and automation to data security. Pick the ones your team needs; for companies in Poland we check co-financing for each of them.
AI assistants (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude), good prompts, n8n and Make automation, and agents whose work a person approves.
Spreadsheets, GA4, reports and dashboards: how to collect data, read it and base decisions on it.
Content strategy, social media, creative work labelled as AI-made, SEO and visibility in AI search.
The sales process in a CRM, offers, negotiation and personalised contact, in line with e-marketing law and the GDPR.
CRM, tasks, company email, document flow, invoices and KSeF e-invoicing: how to run the company in one system.
Priorities, processes and change management when a team adopts digital tools.
The AI Act (Articles 4 and 50), the GDPR, copyright and AI, IT contracts, rollout documentation.
Recruitment where a person makes the decision, onboarding, HR records in the system, the team's digital skills.
MFA, backups, access rights, phishing and the Polish national cybersecurity rules: security in everyday work.
A document for every area, not just AI.
It lists the learning outcomes, the assessment criteria and the validation result (a test, a practical task or a presentation). The format meets the requirements for services listed in BUR, Poland's Development Services Database. We issue it in every area:
- AI at work
- Automation
- Sales and CRM
- Marketing
- Social media
- Data and analytics
- Business systems and KSeF

Leave your details and tell us what the team needs to learn. Within 96 hours we will reply with a training plan and a price.
