Version of 15 October 2026
This is an English translation for information. The legally binding text is the Polish version of this document.
§ 1Organiser and contact
1. mrtiq training, the mrtiq Trainer Academy and the Trainer Pack are offered by Konik System Spółka z o.o., ul. Jaśkowa Dolina 29 lok. 31, 80-286 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS 0001144320, tax ID (NIP) 9571182157 (full details: Website terms, § 1), under the mrtiq brand (the “Organiser”).
2. Contact: intel@mrtiq.pl, phone +48 502 417 719 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Polish time), complaints and withdrawals: support@koniksystem.com, registered office address.
3. Where the training part is co-financed through Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR), its provider in BUR is the entity named on the service card in BUR, as a rule our partner, a registered provider in BUR: IQ CONSULTING SP. Z O.O., ul. Szczecińska 3, 75-120 Koszalin, NIP 6692559062, KRS 0000864753. The participant concludes the contract for that part with this provider, on its terms. The partner is a separate company with no capital ties to the Organiser.
§ 2What these terms cover
1. These terms set out how to sign up for training and pay for it, and what rights consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights have.
2. The course of the Academy, the rules for recruitment, validation, the certificate and the Trainer Code are set out in the mrtiq Trainer Academy rules, which we send before registration.
3. Training ordered by companies for their employees is delivered under a training services agreement.
4. Training never includes the supply of software. KONIK systems are a separate offer under a separate contract.
§ 3Information before registration
Before registration, we provide on the training page and in the email with the contract:
- a description of the training, the programme, the number of hours, the format (on site or online) and the dates;
- the total gross price for consumers and the net price for companies, the payment method and deadline, and any additional costs we do not cover (e.g. exams with certificate providers, equipment, travel, accommodation);
- information that funding is not guaranteed and that the application is submitted by the company or the participant;
- information about the right of withdrawal (§ 6) and the model withdrawal form (Annex 1);
- how to submit a complaint (§ 8);
- the minimum number of participants and what happens if an edition is cancelled.
§ 4Registration and conclusion of the contract
1. Registration: the form on the website or by email. The form does not conclude a contract; after it, we send the contract and these terms as a PDF file.
2. The contract is concluded when the participant accepts it (signature, or acceptance by email or in the system). We send confirmation of the contract with its content on a durable medium (email with PDF).
3. In the Academy, registration is preceded by recruitment (interview, certificates, entry test) in accordance with the Academy rules.
§ 5Payments
1. Payment: bank transfer to the Organiser’s account given in the contract or on the invoice, by the deadline in the contract.
2. We issue invoices through KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system (companies). Consumers receive an invoice on request.
3. We never change our bank account number by email. Please confirm any information about a “new account number” by phone.
§ 6Right of withdrawal (consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights)
1. A consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving a reason and at no cost, subject to sections 3 and 4.
2. It is enough to send a statement before the deadline, by email to the address in § 1 or by post. You may use the model in Annex 1, but this is not required. We confirm receipt of the statement by email.
3. Starting before the 14 days have passed. If the training (including an online block, the entry test or access to materials) is to start before 14 days have passed since the contract was concluded, we start it only at the participant’s express request made on a durable medium. If the participant withdraws after such a request, they pay for the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the price (Art. 35 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the participant, who was informed before the service began that they would lose the right of withdrawal once it was performed, and acknowledged this (Art. 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
5. We refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, using the same method as the original payment, unless the participant agrees to another method that involves no cost for them.
6. Trainer Pack (physical items). A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the items and return them to our address within 14 days of withdrawal. The consumer bears the cost of return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as a certificate with a name and number (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
7. mrtiq Trainer licence agreement: right of withdrawal as in sections 1–4.
§ 7Cancellation after 14 days, change of date, cancellation by us
1. After the period in § 6, the rules for cancelling the training participation contract apply. For consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights we deduct only documented costs, no more than the amounts in the table in the contract.
2. If an edition does not go ahead, the participant chooses a transfer to the next edition or a refund of all payments within 14 days.
3. If we cancel sessions for reasons on our side, we offer a new date or refund the payment for the part not delivered.
§ 8Complaints
1. Complaints can be sent by email to support@koniksystem.com. Please describe what the complaint concerns and the solution you expect.
2. We reply within 14 days.
3. For items in the Trainer Pack, we are liable under the rules on conformity of goods with the contract (Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) towards consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
4. Out-of-court dispute resolution: a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (uokik.gov.pl).
§ 9Certificate and recordings
1. The “mrtiq Trainer” certificate confirms completion of the Organiser’s programme. It is not a qualification awarded under statutory provisions or a qualification in Poland’s Integrated Qualifications System.
2. We do not publish participants’ images without separate consent.
§ 10Personal data
The controller of the data is Konik System Sp. z o.o.. The rules are set out in the Privacy policy. Where funding comes through BUR, the BUR provider also processes data, as described in its own information notice.
§ 11Final provisions
1. These terms are available free of charge on mrtiq.pl and are sent with the contract as a PDF.
2. Towards consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights we apply mandatory provisions of law. Any provisions of these terms that conflict with them are replaced by those provisions.
3. Polish law applies. Disputes with consumers are settled by the court with jurisdiction under the general rules.
