We check whether your training
can be co-financed.
Public funding in Poland can cover part of the cost of training. How much depends on the programme, the region and the size of the company. We check current calls for free and help with the paperwork. The company submits the application, and nobody can guarantee approval. These programmes are open to companies registered in Poland; companies from other countries book our training without public co-financing.
We handle the paperwork, you keep the decision.
“EU funding means piles of paper, months of waiting, complicated settlement and the risk of paying the money back.”
That worry makes sense, so we start by checking whether it is worth the effort. You give us your Polish tax ID (NIP) and tell us what your team needs. We check current calls at the source and help with the programme and documents, and our partner IQ Consulting publishes the course in BUR.
What can EU funds pay for in your company?
9 areas of digital skills: AI and automation, business systems, data, sales, marketing and social media, law, security.
Konik CRM · Konik Cortex · RevOS, as a separate offer under a separate contract. Hardware and licences are not eligible costs under KFS or BUR; we look for tool funding in other calls (for example regional digitalisation programmes) when they are open.
We check co-financing for your team leaders to join the mrtiq Trainer Academy.
4 steps to co-financing.
- 01 · RADARChecking calls
You give us your NIP and region. Within 96 hours we check current KFS, BUR and regional calls for free, using our funding call radar.
- 02 · APPLICATIONApplication documents
We help you prepare the programme and learning outcomes; IQ Consulting publishes the course in BUR. The company submits the application.
- 03 · TRAININGTraining
Once the co-financing is granted, mrtiq trainers train your team on the tools your company already uses.
- 04 · DOCUMENTSFull documentation
We close the project on paper. Certificates of completion, attendance lists and surveys are prepared together with our partner IQ Consulting (a registered BUR provider).
We check funding calls at the source, not on aggregator sites.
In Poland, dozens of public bodies announce money for training, each on its own website and in its own format. The radar brings these notices into one model: where the call comes from, who can apply, by when and for what. Then it compares them with your company's profile.
Calls for employer applications on the praca.gov.pl page of each district.
Notices from development-service operators in each region: launch, budget allocation, suspension of a call.
News and RSS feeds: KFS priorities, reserve funds, labour-market programmes.
European Funds for the regions, FERS and KPO: call schedules published by the managing institutions and regional governments.
Pages protected against bots are checked by hand or through the official newsletter. We never get around their protection.
- Operator and programme
- who runs the call (district or regional labour office, BUR operator, institution) and under which programme
- Region
- region or district; for KFS, the employer's registered office decides
- Who can apply
- employer, SME, micro-business, employee
- Type of support
- training co-financing, development services in BUR, reimbursement
- Application period
- from–to, “until funds run out” or suspended
- Signal
- opening, change of allocation, suspension, closing
- Region and district of your registered office
- Company size (micro, small, medium)
- Training topic: AI, automation, business systems, data, sales, social media, security
- Number of people and when you want to train them
- Only official websites of public offices and operators, never third-party aggregators.
- If a field is uncertain, it stays empty: we don't guess dates or amounts of support.
- When several sources report the same call, we merge them into one record.
- Every match comes with a reason (“region, topic, type”) and links to the rules of the call.
- The company decides whether to apply; we can't guarantee that funding will be granted.
We check these sources as part of our free 96-hour check. We only collect public notices from institutions and don't store personal data from them. Public co-financing is available to companies in Poland; companies from other countries can book the same training without it.
In numbers.
The course is published in BUR by our partner, a registered provider there.
IQ Consulting is a registered provider in Poland's Development Services Database (BUR, no. 120895). The co-financing is granted and settled by the programme operator or the labour office, based on the provider's invoice and the certificate of completion.
IQ Consulting is a separate company that works with mrtiq as a commercial partner (no capital ties and no shared owners).
Your company submits the co-financing application and the programme operator makes the decision. We cannot guarantee that co-financing will be granted. Partner: IQ CONSULTING SP. Z O.O., ul. Szczecińska 3, 75-120 Koszalin, NIP 6692559062, KRS 0000864753.
Let's talk aboutwhat your teamshould learn.
Leave your details and tell us what the team needs to learn. Within 96 hours we will reply with a training plan and a price. For companies registered in Poland we also check which current funding calls fit, what the company's own contribution would be and when to apply. Companies outside Poland book the training without public co-financing. No fees and no obligation.
